Here is a video of our water jet cutter in action. Its takes tap water and increases the water pressure to 60,000 PSI while injecting sand into a mix which will cut almost anything.
We have cut from 1/32 inch thick rubber to 4 inch thick steel, armor for ships, and plastics. Almost any material that you can model we can cut for you.
One of the advantages of using the water jet cutter is that there is no heat involved in the cutting process and it doesn’t add extra stress to the material. Another advantage is that we can literally begin cutting about 30 minutes after we received your model files for your parts.
